1. Odenza Marketing Group Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: March 30, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be between the ages of 16 and 25 on March 30th, 2015.
B) Have at least one full year of post-secondary studies remaining at the time of the award.
C) Have a GPA of 2.5 or greater.

2. Peter Pasula Study Habits Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: April 1, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be attending an accredited post-secondary institution by the fall of 2015.
B) A student can be enrolled at any level in any program that is two years in length or longer.

3. MCO Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: May 1 5, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be attending college or university no later than December of 2015.
B) Be attending college or university on a full-time basis by December of 2015.
C) Submit an answer to the essay question no later than 11:59 PM EST on May 15, 2015.
D) Be currently in your last year of high school or a freshman, sophomore, or junior in college/university.

4. Caretenders Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: May 31, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be attending an accredited university, college, trades, or technical school in the fall of 2015.
B) You must be a resident of the United States or Canada who will be attending school in the fall of 2015 and you must
be attending a school in the US or Canada.
C) Submit the Online Application, including the essay question by no later than 11:59 pm ET on May31, 2015.

5. LM Scholarship Program -$500- 1 Award (Deadline: May 31, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be currently enrolled or expect to be enrolled in a degree program (2 years of length or greater) by September.
B) Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and submit an answer to the essay question prior to the submission deadline.

6. 10 Words or Less Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: June 15, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Anyone who is between the ages of 14-25 who will be attending school in the Fall of 2015.

7. Global Lift Equipment Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: June 1 5, 201 5)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be currently attending or planning on attending a post-secondary institution no later than the Fall of 2015.

8. Lift Parts Express Scholarship - $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: June 30, 201 5)

Student Eligibility:
A) A Current Senior in High School or a Freshman or Sophomore in College/University.
B) Enrolled or expected to be enrolled by the Fall of 2015.
C) Submit a completed online application form prior to the deadline.

9. Lifestyle Dentistry Scholarship- $500 - 1 Award (Deadline: June 30, 2015)

Student Eligibility:
A) Be attending college or university no later than September 30th, 2015. Current High School Seniors who will
graduate in 2015 are eligible. You can be enrolled in any field of study.
B) Submit answers to the essay question, which can be found on the application page.
C) Have a GPA of 2.5 or greater.
